Absolutely outstanding service! Tom has always responded quickly and professionally to our plumbing problems. It then turned out we needed a new boiler and updated heating system which Tom installed amazingly efficiently, with as little disruption to the household as possible. Tom is an excellent plumber and a very polite and friendly young man. He came out on Saturday and Sunday after Christmas, after an attempt by my parter to fix a leaky shower failed. This was fixed very promptly. Unfortunately, the stopcock, which was old, didn't like being moved (not Tom's fault) and there was water on the shower room floor next morning. Once again, Tom came out and put in some new pipework etc. All was checked and A1. All this and he was about to become a dad again within a few hours! Very happy with such good service and many thanks to Tom. Highly recommend.

I called Tom out as I had a leak which I was unable to repair and it left us with no water. He said he would come and he kept me informed of his arrival time. He came, fixed the leak, and suggested and implimented improvements to the pipework. Very pleased and satisfied with his work.

Tom has been my go-to plumber for five years and he has never let me down. He always comes to my aid swiftly whenever I have a problem with my boiler, is polite and considerate, and leaves the place clean and tidy. Reliable, professional and highly recommended!

Tom and Harry have just done an excellent job replacing some complex old free-standing taps with a new set sitting on a tiled shelf they made on site. Both were careful (cleaning around the free standing bath whilst it was out of position!) the new set-up looks great. Thanks
